The HR Manager will oversee the human resources department, focusing on employee training and development, legal compliance, career progression, and payroll management. This role is vital in fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee satisfaction and performance.


In this role, you will:

  • Training and Development:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
  • Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee legal work papers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Career Path Development:
  • Develop and manage career path frameworks that provide employees with clear progression opportunities.
  • Facilitate mentorship programs and performance reviews to support employee growth.
  • Communicate career advancement opportunities to employees and assist them in setting professional goals.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and tax laws to maintain compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance to prepare payroll budgets and forecasts.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • HR Strategy Development:
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR functions.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Field
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on training, legal compliance, and payroll.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
