The HR Manager will oversee the human resources department, focusing on employee training and development, legal compliance, career progression, and payroll management. This role is vital in fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee satisfaction and performance.
In this role, you will:
- Training and Development:
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee legal work papers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Career Path Development:
- Develop and manage career path frameworks that provide employees with clear progression opportunities.
- Facilitate mentorship programs and performance reviews to support employee growth.
- Communicate career advancement opportunities to employees and assist them in setting professional goals.
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and tax laws to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with finance to prepare payroll budgets and forecasts.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- HR Strategy Development:
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR functions.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Field
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on training, legal compliance, and payroll.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
