We are currently seeking a [[HR Operations Executive]] to join our team in [[Gurgaon]], [[Haryana]], [[India]].

Role Responsibilities

  • Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
  • Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine.
  • Effectively and independently handles hiring for high volume positions within various business groups and geographies.
  • Follows standard hiring processes and procedures and supports any coordination required
  • Interview scheduling, including amendments / last minute changes; room bookings.
  • Initiating background verification checks
  • Vendor Management - raise purchase orders across the division, follow-up accounts that they are paid, setting up new vendors.
  • A point of contact for the Head of TA whilst out on annual leave covering emails, approving PO's for the contractor team
  • They handle routine questions and issues, referring complex or unexpected matters to higher level employees for assistance.
  • Assists with maintaining HR information, documents / forms, policies, etc.
  • Creates and prepares monthly reports and other HR metric reports.

Skills
  • Good knowledge of principles and practices related to talent acquisition sourcing and hiring. •
  • Proficient in interview skills, sourcing skills, and advisory skills. •
  • Good knowledge of HRIS, PC software and spreadsheet applications. •
  • Good oral and written communication skills. •
  • Good project management skills. •
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and recent practice of compliance activities related to talent acquisition. •
  • Good interpersonal skills, high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality. • Maintains high level of integrity and business ethics.


Typical Years of Experience
  • Typically requires 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in a role for Recruitment for UK regions.


Working Hours
  • UK shift timings


Qualifications:
  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
  • Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


Preferences:
  • Prior experience of HR Ops role supporting UK
  • Prior experience of HR Master Data maintenance in SuccessFactors or SAP.
  • Any certification/ degree in HR will be given preference
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
