This person will report directly to the Head of HR - GTM and assist the team on the ground with all HR related matters on the day to day running of the business, whilst also being responsible as the global contact for Compensation topics. The responsibilities:

• Compensation
• Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans
• Reviewing market competitiveness and internal equity for compensation and benefits
• Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
• Liaising with our parent company to maintain internal alignment
• Supporting in the preparation for and facilitation of annual compensation cycle, managing the system and supporting the users in the process
• Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends




• HR Ops
• Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and requests related to HR policies, benefits, leave management, and other HR-related matters;
• Ensure data quality and complete appropriate audit procedures in accordance with Risk & Compliance controls;
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support and resolve local issues in order to ensure efficient HR processes;
• Maintain up-to-date processes, procedures, and documents aligned with SOP’s and Dutch employment law & legislation;
• Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability.
