What's the role?

The HR Operations Generalist II role based in India is part of APAC (Asia Pacific) HR Operations team that manages HR Operations processes that supports 3000+ employees across 12 countries in APAC. Our team is responsible for implementing, maintaining, delivering, and improving various harmonized, simplified, and standardized People processes across the region at agreed service levels. The HR Operations team is a part of our global People Enablement group. In this role, you will be able to gain and grow your experience across the region and work with a team in an agile and winning together manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Employee Life Cycle Management - Providing high quality HR administrative support and service for APAC HR Operations to ensure and sustain a great employee experience (onboarding to offboarding)
• Employee Relations - Handling employee relations, performance improvement plans and progressive disciplinary cases.
• HR Quality and Compliance - Overall responsible for ensuring HR processes are well defined according to local law and legislation, documented and adhered to, with a keen attention to detail.
• MIS and Analytics - Survey reporting and analysis as and when required, extract standard / ad hoc reports from various tools and interpret them for supporting decision making.
• HR Special Projects- Supporting HR special projects as and when assigned. 
• Process improvements - Constantly reviewing and improving processes for alignment, efficiency and cost-optimization. Working towards process automation opportunities.
• Employee Benefits - Managing Benefits administration for responsible countries in APAC
• Facilitating deployment of global policies in responsible country/ region. Reviewing and proposing changes / additions to local policies, employee communication etc.
• Approaches change or newness positively & adjusts behavior to deal effectively with change and adapts easily to new situations, priorities, or changing work demands
• Work closely and collaborate with other (HR) teams within the organization like Business HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR PMO.

Who are you?

A qualified candidate should have the following experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in a multicultural HR operations/ shared services environment in India/APAC.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and meeting SLAs.
• Proficient in HR services, products, policies, and processes.
• Enthusiastic about Human Resources and its impact on the organization.
• Highly organized, disciplined, strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and follow up skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Experienced with ERP systems (Oracle would be an added advantage).
• Effective Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in managing HR Operations with high process and quality orientation.
• Thorough understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management
• Exposure to HR Operations for APAC countries preferred
• Experience in dealing with employee relations issues, PIPs, etc.
