All about the role:
Are you a passionate Project Manager looking for anexciting new challenge? We are currently seeking a highly motivated individualto join our team as a Project Manager in the Human Resources department. Inthis role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery ofprojects, from planning to execution, while staying within budget and meetingstrategic business objectives.
As the Project Manager, you will be accountable formonitoring project details and status, preparing reports, resolving issues, andestablishing quality measures and standards to ensure milestones are met. Youwill work closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure effectivecommunication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for delivering HR projects that meet business needs within agreed cost, quality, and timescale parameters. This involves developing detailed project plans, assigning tasks to resources, and managing project lifecycles from initiation to deployment.
- You will work closely with HR leaders to introduce new capabilities to the organization and gather requirements through coordination and facilitation of work sessions with business partners. Additionally, you will analyze current processes to identify system and business impacts, ensuring that all projects and deliverables align with the company's strategic objectives.
- To ensure project success, you will continuously manage the productivity of the team and project timelines through formal and informal follow-ups with assigned resources. You will also conduct "lessons learned" meetings with customers to validate commitments were met and identify any gaps and shortfalls.
- Communication is key in this role, and you will need to communicate with stakeholders to obtain sign-off, agreement on project costs, and needed resources. Additionally, you will communicate potential conflicts and problems to management to manage expectations and solicit assistance.
- Overall, your focus will be on building strong internal customer relationships with key HR and business leaders to define and understand strategic objectives, ultimately ensuring that all HR projects are successfully delivered.
Qualificationsrequired:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related business field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR in large or multi-site automated manufacturing facility
- Experience with project standard project management methodology, tools and documentation process.
- Ability to communicate to various levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability with presentation, facilitations, influence, collaboration, negotiation and persuasion.
- Experience with HRIS data preferred.
