In Kansas City, Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FM&T) manages and operates the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Kansas City National Security Campus. This state-of-the-art engineering, manufacturing and sourcing facility produces a wide array of intricate components to deliver trusted national security products and government services primarily for the NNSA. Summary:

Data Analytics / Systems Management

• Manage data and analytics projects and data systems, delivering results in a timely manner for both digital and non-digital data
• May function as a business point of contact for one or more HSE programs
• Provides training and guidance to others working on the reporting systems

Metrics

• Coordinate the collection, interpretation, and reporting and/or analysis of HS&E performance measures against initiatives, objectives, and milestones, assuring timely submittal and progress
• Effectively communicate business insights and findings with management

Process Excellence / Project Management

• Partner with other business functions to provide general expertise and coaching with respect to deployment of key strategic initiatives throughout the HSE&EM Division
• May facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in "core skill" areas to teams and peers, and coordinate activities and personnel with the department(s)
• Develops and facilitates internal communications which may include the processing and distribution of information through communications services
• Participates in meetings with management, studies suggestions, and recommends and implements changes
• Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas and interacts directly with internal and external customers with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement, and identification of industry best practices
• Represents management as directed in meetings or appropriate functions
• May perform other duties as required
• Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment
• Takes actions necessary to stop work when an unsafe condition or action is identified. Every employee has the right and responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditions or actions

You Must Have:

• Three years' experience in a technical, Health / Safety, or business centric role with experience at a professional level. Including previous experience or training in general business operations, data analytics, safety, health, environmental or industrial hygiene field
• Demonstrated effective communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a business, IT, technical, engineering, or Health & Safety discipline or two additional years of direct work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Must be able to interact tactfully with all levels of management and be able to handle a variety of diversified assignments including project leadership
• FM&T - you must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Security Clearance
