What you will be responsible for:

• Update reports and documents on progress of administrative work 
  
• Managing all operations and details in relation to visa application and employment work permit
• Handle payroll calculations, and liaise with the relevant departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery
  • Collection of receipts from DRC and RICB at the beginning of each month 
• Liaise with Bhutan government's departments on employment and visa matters
• Prepare documents, submit documents, and follow up with departments on progress of visa application 
• Handle logistic matters for the company, such as collection of parcels and any other administrative tasks as assigned

How you will stand out:

• Meticulous and detail oriented 
• Strong knowledge of Bhutan's policies and processes relating to visa application
• Good written and spoken English for communication with stakeholders 
• Knowledge and experience working with Google Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Higher Secondary graduate, with good performance in subjects such as English and Mathematics
• Experience working with government stakeholders and departments
• Experience handling payroll and visa matters in Bhutan
