You will also identify opportunities to foster positive relationships between teammates and Cortica, by using your expertise to guide teammates and managers through workforce issues in order to bring them to resolution.

What will you do?

  • Serve as a region-specific HR point of contact for employee relations issues, including employee disciplinary action, conflict or grievance resolution, work-life balance, and terminations.

  • Implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as needed.

  • Conduct investigations into region-specific employee/employer misconduct.

  • Collaborate with legal counsel on an as-needed basis.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically about initiatives that balance employer needs with teammate experience needs.

  • You are able to develop rapport and credibility with teammates at all organizational levels, and to influence teammates by communicating with professionalism, candor, and diplomacy.

  • You possess exemplary analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret data to develop initiatives that generate sustainable and meaningful change.
