Location: Minburi Ice Cream Sourcing Unit, BKK TH

Description:
The Ice Cream Factory SHE Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental practices within the factory. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The SHE Specialist will work closely with various department to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Compliance: Ensure the plant's safety management systems comply with Thai law and all relevant standards.
• Safety Programs: Implement safety work plans and activities following the strategic safety program.
• Risk Management: Complete risk assessment programs, conduct risk reviews, implement control measures, and develop recommendations for addressing issues.
• Training: Provide safety training programs and management training to ensure that employees, contractors, and suppliers understand safety and environmental regulations.
• Inspections: Conduct safety inspections and observations to detect and correct unsafe behaviors and conditions and develop plans to reduce risks.
• Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments and personnel to maintain the safety program.
• Emergency Response: Implement plant emergency plans and response activities.
• Project Activation/ Monitoring: Monitor safety activities for new projects and initiatives to ensure they are executed safely.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Occupational Health and Safety field.
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively within the Occupational Health and Safety program.
• Good command of English & Thai.
• Positive attitude with safety mindset .
