Work You'll Do
This person will support the client with LOG IT Transformation to the future state N-MRO System from IFS.
The team
Our Supply Chain Networks and Operations (SCNO) team helps clients transform their value chains into competitive weapons. We drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and increase responsiveness through proactive insights and decision-making. We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' work experience as a metals and mining or energy specialist, with experience in commodities analysis, asset evaluations, mining sector financing, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with leading practices in data requirements for mineral sector investors.
- Experience providing expert to government entities and/or industry regarding mineral resource management.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in an interdisciplinary work environment, and to work in challenging operational environments requiring good judgment, discretion, and political savvy with strong interpersonal skills.
- 8+ years of experience managing high-value portfolios, in addition to being able to identify and propose solutions to bring in additional portfolios of work.
- 5+ years of experience coaching or mentoring junior staff.
