Job OverviewÂ
Mitratech is growing and now hiring an Implementation Specialist to join our Circa product team and set our new customers up for success! This team provides onboarding service and support, including new customer kick-offs and training, ESDS account onboarding, and question or request follow up, all while ensuring a great customer experience!

You have a degree or the equivalent combination of education and professional work experience. You also have 1+ years of experience, preferably in customer service or account management. You’ve demonstrated the ability to resolve customer issues, consistently follow up, and manage multiple accounts. You have strong organizational and prioritization skills, along with a high attention to detail.
About the Position
You will initiate the onboarding process with new Circa customers and conduct new customer training, setting our clients up for success. You’ll conduct set up calls, secure customer information, and set up customer accounts with state job banks, activating cross-posting services. You’ll provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with Circa products and services. You’ll establish and maintain solid working relationships with Employment Services Delivery Systems (ESDS) contacts to resolve cross-posting issues.
You will become an expert in our OFCCP compliance solutions, services, operations, processes, systems, and technologies. You’ll become a pro on various state job bank websites and know how they operate. This expertise will help you get new Circa customers up and running successfully on our product solutions.
Our Implementation Team:
- We’re highly interactive with customers and internal colleagues, you will be communicating with customers and team members daily
- We maintain a high attention to detail and manage 25-50 new customer setups in a timely manner
- We escalate and work through any technical or customer issues until resolved
- Utilizes and moves between several different systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and internal customer database systems
Day in the Life
Most days will involve:
- Conducting new customer welcome & onboarding calls
- Registering OFCCP customers state job bank accounts
- Communicating with state job banks to gain job posting approval on employer accounts
- Providing customer account training as needed
Weekly activities may include:
- Following up on new account setups in process
- Passing off complete customer setups to the Account Manager
- Trouble-shooting and resolving setup or technical issues
- Assisting the implementation team with additional projects and process improvement ideas as needed
