3. Measurement and follow-up to difference correction in inventories
4. Perform Kaizen events to define better replenishment strategies, system optimization and for improvement in Plant Lead Times.
5. Training new strategies, subcell changes, end user.
6. SAP Production Support (Order Issues, Releases, Confirmations, Kanban, YMFC, Shopfloor Travel Printing, Putaway, System Configurations, ME Leadtimes Queries)
7. Review and elimination of errors in Global Database, for PEX domain.
8. Presentation of metrics and projects to plant staff.
9. Capacity calculation SAP
10. Service Level Fabrication area
11. GCR routing clarification ( std. Hours roll up).
12. Mix Pallet
13. Improvements to the confirmation transaction
14. Prepare a Backup

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering
• 3+ years' practical experience Method Engineering role or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience within business software related to capacity planning such as SAP, ACCESS/SQL databases, and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills English
• Open-minded, proactive ('can do' attitude), open to learn every day.
• Result-oriented, analytical way of working an attention to the detail, strong problem-solving skills
• Lean and agile mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills (at all levels)
• Travel availability (Visa & passport)
