What You'll Do:

• Plan and Run Influencer Campaigns: Come up with plans for campaigns that use social media influencers to promote brands. Make sure these plans work well and reach the right people.
• Keep Everyone Updated: Make sure everyone involved, like our team, the influencers, and our clients, knows what's going on and works together smoothly.
• Build Relationships: Get to know the influencers we work with really well. Keep in touch with them so we can work together more in the future.
• Watch Over Campaigns: Manage campaigns on social media sites like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Make sure they do what they're supposed to do.
• Look at Results and Give Advice: After campaigns are done, look at how they did and suggest what to do next. Help our clients and our team understand what worked and what didn't.

What You Need:

• Experience as a Leader: You should have led a team before, especially in making and running influencer campaigns.
• Know Your Way Around Social Media: You should be really good at using social media and digital channels for work.
• Good at Handling Lots of Tasks: You should be able to manage many projects at once, keeping everything organized and on time.
• Speaking and Writing Skills: You need to speak and write fluently in Polish and English.
