ABOUT THE POSITION

Influencer Marketing Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Be in charge of the Influencer Marketing in the Czech Republic and manage high scale influencer marketing campaigns

- Develop, execute and report influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns

- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders

- Brainstorm creative ideas & concepts that we can test out with creators in Poland

- Analyze the results of launched content (CPM, ROI, CPA, etc)

- Keep lead in emerging trends, technologies, and influencers

- Be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity in the dedicated market

- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Have at least 2 years of experience in managing influencers on a large scale directly and through agencies

- Fluency in English

- Fluency in Czech

- Expertise in managing campaigns on social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram & YouTube

- Have worked with Influencer Discovery Tools

- Have experience working with campaign tracking tools Looker, Looker Studio, Google Analytics or other

- Paid social knowledge is beneficial

- Be an excellent communicator 

- Have the ability to prioritize

- Analytical skills

- Have no fear of failing

SALARY: 1800-2500 EUR/Month GROSS.
