What You'll Do:
LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references.
As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of an Information Technology Specialist to provide technological support for all end-users. You will gain invaluable experience through optimizing and growing LogicMonitor's internal IT infrastructure that employees, prospects, and customers depend on to communicate and interact with LM. This role provides plenty of opportunity to make your mark at LogicMonitor.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Troubleshoot and maintain all hardware associated with end-user computing, including printers, workstations, switches, internal file sharing, etcÂ
- Supervise and communicate employee moves and new hire setups, acquire and setup all new hire equipment and complete employee technology on-boarding and orientation
- Document any support provided and help identify common issues and document fixes. Assist Internal Systems team with pushing fixes to all employees
- Work with end users to procure the proper new technology, filter out unnecessary requests and submit proper documentation/quotes for items to be purchased
- Keep office computers running smooth and quickly respond to all help requests, support end users with VPN Connectivity
- New Hire Imaging/Provisioning of Computers and related technology equipment
- Setup/Deactivate/Modify permissions for User Accounts in LM Directory Systems (Active Directory and Okta)
- Work with different team members to troubleshoot or come up with a creative solution to any problem, assist team members in the event of outages
- Manage slack requests for new workspaces, workflows, applications, and slack connect/guest access
- Complete repairs/replacements along with proper documentation on various computer equipment (Mac's, Power Adapters, Mice, Keyboards, etc)
- Always be available in the ATX office for end user support Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, occasionally provide after business hours support to LM employees and contractors (On Call), provide remote support for other offices
- Work with leadership to serve as the point person for technology needs on all companywide events
- Bachelor's degree
- Slack admin certified or 3-4 years advanced slack grid experience
- 1 year experience managing inventory and working with asset management platforms
- 1-2 years experience managing on and off-boarding
- JAMF 100 certification or 1-2 years of JAMF experience
- 1-2 years experience managing macOS
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM assignments
- 1-2 years experience using automated hardware provisioning or zero-touch deployments
- 1-2 years user management within Okta and Workday
- 1-2 years experience setting up and managing zoom rooms
- Experience coordinating, managing, and leading training sessions for third-party applications
- You have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn

Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
