Job Title:Infrastructure Consultant

Job description:
Administer and support IBM MQ, IIB, and WMB middleware environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Design and implement message flow architectures for various business applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and integration.
Monitor middleware systems for performance, availability, and security, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth operation.
Solve and resolve issues related to messaging, message queues, and integration flows across various applications and systems.
Implement and manage security policies for middleware services, including user access controls and encryption settings.

Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and recovery processes for middleware components.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with development teams to design and support message-based application integration solutions.
Ensure middleware services meet SLA requirements and follow standard processes for resource utilization.
Collaborate with other IT teams to plan, coordinate, and implement middleware software upgrades, patches, and fixes.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, solve procedures, and incident logs.
