Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Acquisition Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and acquiring new customers through effective telephone-based sales strategies. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads and target markets.
- Cold call or contact leads via email and social media to initiate conversations.
- Qualify leads and resolve their potential as customers
- Sales Presentations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations over the phone.
- Clearly communicate product or service features and benefits to potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Close sales deals and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition accounts to account managers or relevant departments.
- You enjoy communicating with many different people daily, concurrently via multiple platforms and channels such as chat, emails, outbound calls to achieve acquisition goals assigned.
Qualifications
So, what we are looking for:
- You would have worked in a sales role
- You are self-motivated and result oriented
- You have high rejection tolerance and great in solution & creative thinking
- You should have a good sense of numbers and able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute and love talking on the phone
- You have great time management in multi-tasking and managing additional projects while on a Sales target
- You are the Subject Matter Authority in products offered, processes and tools with an innovative approach to constantly review more inquisitive ways to work.
- You are a champion achiever who thrives under pressure.
- You are detail, accountable and responsible with commitments and deadlines.
- You are agile and hungry for change.
- You are a fast learner, independent worker, and a joyful team member
- You are a Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
