YORK® Process Systems M&M Carnot® and FRICK® by Johnson Controls are solutions designed to deliver high performance and robust efficiency. Our development teams design develop and deploys customized solutions for a range of processing industries. In addition we also provide refrigeration components on an OEM basis to packagers and systems integrators.
What You Will Do:
Our Inside Sales Associate is responsible for providing sales support to District Sales Managers in the form of quotations order write-ups and other information for contractors consulting engineers end users and other customers. This position provides a resource for crafting quotations and initiating and managing orders.
How you will Do It:
-
Provide written quotations in response to customer needs for M&M Carnot equipment.

Translating customer requirements into M&M Carnot Refrigeration Systems paperwork for submission of orders and follow-up on those orders.

Follow up with customers on service and billing problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work with M&M Carnot Refrigeration Systems home office to establish pricing and information where required.
What We Look For:
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in mechanical electrical or chemical engineering.
-
Associate degree or other technical degree plus related experience will be considered.
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support role.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word Excel Access and PowerPoint) and Internet software and E-mail.
Preferred:
-
Candidate should have a good working knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and industrial refrigeration systems.

HVAC sales support role.
-
Experience with Salesforce.
