Job Description
As an Inside Sales Executive at SmithDryden, you'll forge strong, enduring connections with our designated accounts, aimed at driving revenue and exceeding customer expectations. Your role involves scouting products, crunching numbers for pricing, crafting quotes and presentations, and devising innovative promotional product strategies for clients. Ensuring exceptional, tailored customer service remains at the core of your responsibilities, from initial sales pitches to post-purchase support.
Your day-to-day work will revolve around PC-based tasks such as email correspondence, quote generation, product research, addressing client inquiries, examining artwork proofs, and sealing deals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and manage long-term customer relationships that understand their business and their needs.

Generate creative promotional ideas and source products that exceed expectations.

Price products and create customer quotes and presentations.

Track order quote, proofs, and orders to ensure delivery on time.

Provide an excellent customer experience filled with compassion, excitement, and creativity.

Stay up to date on industry treads and products through tradeshows and educational seminars.
Qualifications
-
Proficient in using Windows computers and Microsoft 365.
-
Knowledge and expertise using Salesforce, Sage, ShipStation, ecommerce, or comparable products with a willingness to learn.

Ability to learn promotional product print processes and customization options.

Basic business math and analytical skills.

Superior organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and phone communications skills.

Ambitious, self-motivated, highly professional, and positive attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Must have dependable personal transportation and a valid Oklahoma driver's license.
Additional Information
SmithDryden offices and distribution center are located in Edmond, Oklahoma. The hours for the position are Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range for the position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on knowledge and experience.
Travel in the state of Oklahoma City will be required, as needed. Individuals will need to be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The position requires individuals to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities are required such as the ability to use close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The ability to complete computer-based work with frequent interruptions is critical.
