Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in achieving sales growth targets and driving aligned sales/marketing initiatives with a passion for customer service. A key focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with both the commercial teams and design engineering departments within your assigned customer base.

REMOTE ROLE BASED IN EASTERN TIME ZONE
Must be a US Citizen
Occasional travel for training, annual sales meetings, etc. may be required.
- Meet sales targets for specific accounts/locations as assigned.
- Manage all commercial aspects with the customer, including maintaining relationships and regular contact with key customer stakeholders.
- Oversee quotation follow-up activity and drive price and contract negotiations.
- Develop, enhance, and grow customer relationships through lead generation and opportunity pipeline building.
- Promote the value propositions of TE products and services.
- Demonstrate technical expertise and exceptional service to influence buying decisions through innovative product solutions. Collaborate with Channel/Distribution partners to close opportunities as needed.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers regarding technical and commercial topics. Communicate with customers via email, telephone, online chat, and social media.
- Track opportunity activity using Salesforce and other relevant systems.
- Manage booking forecasting using TE's in-house tool, IBP (Excel add-on).
- Drive growth initiatives within your sales assignment to uncover the next generation of customers.
What your background should look like:
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, retail, telesales)
- Inside sales or consultative selling experience
- Sales experience in the Aerospace & Defense or similar markets, or relevant product experience
- Proven ability to initiate, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build credible relationships across multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of TE)
- Ability to work to deadlines and achieve motivating goals
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with business plans
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $59,2000 - $88,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
