Instructional Designer and LMS Admin (6 Month Contract)

Join the SOPHiA GENETICS' as a temporary Instructional Designer and LMS Admin. This is a 6-month contract. 

Summary: 

Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, the Instructional Designer and LMS Admin will help organize, support, maintain, and promote participation in our internal Learning Management System (LMS) and develop Instructional materials/digital learning content. This role is open in either of our Geneva, Switzerland or Boston, MA, US offices. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with internal content experts to capture, organize, and maintain relevant content and coursework.

• Manage and configure SCORM packages and other learning content and course metadata. 

• Ensure appropriate session tracking and attendance reporting for key programs and initiatives.

A proven track record (5 Years+) of driving and owning:

• Maintaining and optimizing learning management systems (LMS); Having been a SAP Litmos LMS admin. is a plus.
• Supporting compliance training.
• Developing SCORM compliant media and content.
• Creating knowledge checks and quizzes.
• Curating and managing 3rd party content and content vendors.
