Job Description

We are currently looking for an Intermediate Application Developer to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

• Work independently as a full stack developer in Agile environments creating applications from the beginning or taking over applications from other developers.
• Enhancing the security posture of applications by implementing a variety of application security mitigation measures and applying security related patches.
• Working in tight coordination and collaboration with UI/UX experts to deliver a harmonized and across-the-board look and feel for applications.
• MS SQL Server Databases and application integration with databases and APIs.
• 3rd Party Libraries and integrate them in applications such as DevExpress and Telerik for application customization.
• .NET based applications and has developing functionality using .NET.
• Expand integration with MS PowerBI to facilitate reporting
• Database and application optimization
• User interface simplification.
• Expansion of functionality based on business analysis and input from the business user
• Automation of various manual functions of the application to simplify procedures used by the application for example assessment-based keyword allocation, candidate communication, etc
• Integration with SharePoint-based applications (on-prem and online).
• Synchronization and integration with SharePoint-based applications that receive data and may send data back to other applications.
• Expansion and implementation of role management functionality
• Extending, modularizing, and creating new functionality based on business needs and requirements.
• Extending and/or creating new Database functionality such as views, triggers, stored procedures and other functions for integration and data syncing.

Qualifications

Key technology areas where tasks are to be delivered include:

• Bachelor's plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluency, in English, to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

• Software development in.NET (framework 4.x or 6+), C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API and Entity Framework.
• Work with SharePoint Online on an enterprise application.
• Development of unit tests to test front-end functionality and back-end functionality.
• Usage of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph API and Azure DevOps.
• Tasks in website support.
• Usage of web technologies, including JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS, and web design.
• Work in one or more front-end JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue.js or React.
• Usage of PowerShell scripting (or similar).
• Work independently with SQL Server database structures, and stored procedures, including the troubleshooting of database performance issues, and development of SSIS packages.
• Usage of SharePoint, PowerShell, and SharePoint Management Shell, as well as the different out-of-the-box web parts and their functionality.
• Translate a final client's task design into a finished SharePoint Online web presence.
• Usage of information management technologies and platforms, especially SharePoint Online, as related to the tasks.
• Usage of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and PnP (Patterns and Practices/Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Community) tools.
• The offer also needs to illustrate how the profile performs independently and with quality to deliver the tasks in case the following technologies and environments are required by the implementation:
• Performing tasks with the DevExpress library and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Completing the proposed tasks with Azure, including Azure App Services, automated builds and automated deployments.
