*** Internship for Summer of 2023 ***OverDrive is looking for bright, driven, creative, and out of the box thinkers who want to help create the way reading will be done for the next generation. We are now accepting resumes for a Data Analyst Intern.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data discovery, mining and transformation to help keep OverDrive's data environments clean and accurate.
• Process Kanopy and TeachingBooks customer and contact details.
• Prepare data sets for visualizations or business analyses.
• Conduct research and analysis to create baselines of understanding for reading behaviors.
• Build a customer segmentation model for one of our high growth markets.
• Conducting a thorough business analysis of a prior company acquisition; Identify opportunities to achieve more value.

Requirements:

• Able to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships with teammates.
• Able to communicate effectively and appropriately with other interns, teammates and team leadership.
• Organized with a strong sense of accountability.
• Generally positive and energetic; professional and team oriented.
• Flexible; ability to respond quickly to changes in project scope or timelines.
• Reliable transportation (car, bus, carpool).
• Like Sudoku and have mastered Mine Sweeper or Mastermind.
