Intern Precision Ag (m/f/d)
The Aftermarket, Customer Support & Precision Ag Strategy Team is seeking an intern to join our team. As a Precision AgTraining Intern, you will assist in the development, delivery, and enhancement of training programs focused on precision agriculture technologies. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agricultural technology while working alongside industry professionals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials and resources for precision agriculture dealer trainings.
• Support the execution of training sessions for dealer trainings, both in-person and virtually.
• Help facilitate discussions and activities during training sessions to ensure participant engagement.
• Collaborate with experienced trainers to refine and enhance training content based on participant feedback.
• Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of technology used in training sessions, such as software demonstrations and equipment.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue preparation, and material distribution.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to help improve future training programs.

What Skills You Need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Precision Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of precision agriculture technology and its applications.
• Valid tractor driver license, with practical experience operating agricultural machinery.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
