Intern, Project Analyst (S/4) Initiative

Overview

Waters Corporation is always looking to hire outstanding future talent for our company. The IT Corporate Services team is looking to hire a summer intern out of our Milford office. This internship is a phenomenal opportunity to gain real-world experience while working at the world's leading specialty measurement company. This internship will last approximately ten weeks and the program will commence in the spring/summer of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement• Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision making• Identify and assess project risks and issues• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans

Qualifications specific to this role:

• Project Management Lifecycle experience• Understanding of Agile Principles• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and MS Office
