Internship Hybrid Cloud Transformation Consultant - IBM France H/F

Introduction
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer needs and recommendations: assisting companies in assessing their existing infrastructures and proposing solutions based on the IBM Hybrid by Design framework for optimum transformation to the hybrid Cloud.
• Designing deliverables: preparing analysis reports, formalisation documents and presentation media for strategic Cloud transformation projects.
• Contribution to transformation projects: participation in the implementation of hybrid Cloud solutions, using the best practices of the IBM framework to design agile, secure and high-performance architectures.
• Preparing sales materials: helping to draw up sales proposals and presentations in response to calls for tender, highlighting the benefits of the IBM Hybrid by Design framework.
• Technology watch and innovation: keeping abreast of developments in the Cloud sector and the new functionalities offered by IBM and its partners in order to remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
• International collaboration: working in teams with experienced consultants on large-scale projects with international clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
End-of-studies internship with internship agreement
Duration: 6 months
Location: Paris, with possible travel in France and Europe.
Start date: throughout 2025.

• Master 2 student (CTI-accredited engineering school or business school / Master's degree) with a specialisation in digital transformation, management, finance or supply chain - A dual business/technical background will be valued.
• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken), (minimum level C1)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and good writing skills
• Curious, proactive and collaborative, ready to take on complex challenges and work as part of a team in an international and often multicultural environment .
• Technical skills: knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Red Hat) and hybrid Cloud concepts, with a keen interest in the IBM Hybrid by Design Framework.
• Consulting skills: ability to understand and formalise solutions, prepare support materials for customers and communicate effectively with them.
• Functional skills: interest in process optimisation and digital transformation in a variety of sectors (banking, industry, public services, etc.).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
