Are you ready to make an impact and drive continuous improvement in aglobal organization? Join the Electrolux IT Team and play a pivotal role as anIT Business Partner, working closely with key business leaders to enhance ourSAP ECC solutions and shape the future of Electrolux North America Enterprise.
In this dynamic position, you will be at the forefront of our continuousimprovement efforts, partnering with business leaders to identify opportunitiesfor system enhancements. Your expertise and collaboration will be vital indocumenting and planning ongoing improvements that will optimize ouroperations. Initially focusing on Sales and Supply Chain Management, you willhave the opportunity to expand your responsibilities to other key areas of thecompany, providing you with endless opportunities for growth.
As an IT Business Partner, you will work in close collaboration with adiverse team of IT professionals, collectively defining and implementing aharmonized process for IT project intake. Your ability to foster strongrelationships with stakeholders will be key in understanding their needs andtranslating them into effective IT solutions. Furthermore, you will collaboratewith the IT Leadership team to support monthly IT Project Readouts for bothNorth America and the Global Organization, ensuring alignment and transparencyacross all levels.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the IT primary point of contact for the Electrolux Sales and Supply Chain leaders.
- Ensure all requests are accurately documented according to and agreed upon standard IT intake process.
- Partner with the business leaders to review and prioritize the requests and business case justification.
- Partner with the IT Team captured to provide resource planning/estimates.
- Create consensus with functional leaders as to the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) on the CI intake process and project prioritization efforts.
- Support PMO monthly reporting for North America and the Group CIO Office, leveraging standard reporting tools and protocols.
Qualificationsrequired:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or 5 to 7 years of IT and business/industry work experience 8-10 years of delivering Enterprise class solutions.
- You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and across functions.
- You work independently and with teams as needed to efficiently meet and exceed the expectations of your team members and your customers.
- You have expertise in translating customer needs and problems into technical solutions.
