Job Summary:

Join our dynamic Communications team as a Student Analyst in the Communication Management Pillar and help us to drive effective internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support our communications initiatives by developing, delivering and actively managing content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data and analytics to measure and improve our communications efforts.

  • Develop and execute communications plans and initiatives, including social media content, blog posts, email communications, and other internal and external communications.
  • Use data and analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of our communications efforts, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communications channels.
  • Support the creation and updating of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the Communications team.
  • Assist in managing our social media presence, including creating and curating content and monitoring engagement.

Qualifications:

You should be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, have process strong writing and editing skills, have knowledge of communications and marketing principles incl. best practices and be able to work independently as an efficient part of our team.

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., communications, marketing, business, or related fields).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for various communications channels (e.g., social media, blogs, emails).
  • Knowledge of communications and marketing principles and best practices, including experience with user segmentation and other data-driven marketing techniques.
  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
