POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for daily operations of mission critical applications and databases; including the maintenance, uptime, and performance of ERP and business processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, create and implement database systems based on end user requirements.
• Manage database backup processes and recovery activities.
• Perform provisioning of database access and security implementation.
• Perform database and application patching as defined by vendors while adhering to internal change management process requirements.
• Perform instance cloning for testing and validation purposes.
• Independently analyze and correct issues in real time to provide end-to-end problem resolutions.
• Provide on-call 24/7 support for mission critical production systems.
• Monitor production systems and perform system tuning as needed.
• Work with IT infrastructure on administration of operation systems.
• Assist with developing and maintaining data security processes.
• Contribute to IT Department projects as needed.
• Perform cloud infrastructure and applications provisioning and support.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
• Maintaining high level of honesty, integrity and confidentiality with respect to company matters.

WHAT TO BRING

• A 4-year degree in computer related field preferred.
• 4 years of IT administration experience preferred.
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
• LINUX - Oracle Enterprise / Red Hat Linux preferred
• High availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) methodology experience.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours and/or holidays as needed.
