Description

As an IT Manager at Reverse.Tech, you will take full ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Infosec, DevOps) and manage relationships with external freelancers and agencies. Your work will focus on system maintenance, integration, and the overall optimization of our digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Oversee and maintain core IT systems including:
      • Google Workspace (accounts, groups, identity, core communication apps)
      • Slack (communication)
      • Jira (helpdesk and ticketing)
      • Hibob (HRIS)
      • Google Cloud (infrastructure and services)
      • AccessOwl (permissions and access management)
      • 1Password (security and access sharing)
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work with internal Infosec and DevOps teams to align IT strategies with company objectives.
    • Coordinate with external freelancers and agencies for specialized IT projects.
  • System Integration:
    • Ensure seamless integration and interoperability among tools and platforms.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues.
    • Quickly resolve technical challenges to minimize downtime.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Anticipate future IT needs and plan accordingly.
    • Manage IT budgets, licenses, and vendor relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of IT management experience, ideally within a startup or scaleup environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proven expertise with Google Workspace, Jira, and Google Cloud.
    • Strong understanding of system integrations and automation.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Admin, ITIL).
