IT Operations Manager

Fabletics is looking for a IT Operations Manager 

How Do You Fit In? 

As an IT Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performance team to ensure 24/7/365 operational efficiency. Your role involves managing IT engineers and overseeing IT services, systems, projects, and processes to guarantee the availability and reliability of all critical IT systems. You will collaborate with Senior IT Leadership to develop and execute strategic IT and operational plans that align with the organization's goals. Your expertise in IT service management and continuous improvement will drive excellence in our IT operations department. 

This position will report to the Sr Director, IT Ops. 

What you will do: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including monitoring, tickets, service request, hardware, software, networks, and systems administration. 

• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 

• Mentor a team, including hiring, training & annual performance reviews, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement  

• Ensure the security of IT systems, networks, and data, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 

• Communicate IT-related updates, initiatives, and issues to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management. 

What you can bring: 

• 10+ years of experience in IT Administration roles 

• 7+ years of experience with VMware & Active Directory 

• 5+ years of experience in large scale 24/7/365 environments (1000+ Windows/Linux Servers) 

• 5+ year of experience with data center networking concepts & best practices 

• 5+ years of experience in data center administration: Network, Servers, Cabling, Power & HVAC 

• Experience with people management, ability to motivate and inspire teams 

• Experience managing IT projects, developing IT strategies, and day-to-day operations 

Nice to have: 

• Certifications: VMware, AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Cloudflare, RHEL, Leadership/Management 

• 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure services like AWS & Azure 

• 5+ years of experience with Cloudflare: DNS, WAF, DDoS, CDN 

• 5+ year of experience with SailPoint or other IAM
