Job purpose

The Infrastructure Program Manager is responsible for overseeing IT Infrastructure Global Projects and the Project System. This include working closely with Infrastructure Service Team leads to develop projects through the Initiate, Planning, Execution and Closing aspects of the project. Also works closely with other process owners in Infrastructure to move projects through the Project Management Process through key activities such as architecture review process, operations readiness reviews, and change management.

This position oversees infrastructure projects and project managers and establishes critical milestones to support technical, financial, and communication activities that support project deliverables and end user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Service Teams and technical project managers to establish key milestones and communication plans.
• Identify project resource and on-going support requirements with Service Teams.
• Identify project dependencies with other Service Teams and projects.
• Establish major milestone reporting and visibility within project system.
• Manages risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects meets business value, scope, and end user experience.
• Provide program/project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders and across all levels of the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experienced in formal Project Management Techniques (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Experience in key Infrastructure and security technologies
