The IT Professional is responsible for the day-to-day IT support of end-users and focuses to continuously work towards an improved end-user satisfaction, leveraging Red Bull’s IT service management processes as well as Red Bull’s overall IT guidelines. The person maintains an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-user’s devices and subsidiary/branch office IT equipment. Finally, the person supports local IT and/or business projects.
Qualifications
IT Support and Collaboration
- Ensures professional end-user IT onboarding (leveraging and contributing global standards).
- Organizes/provides day-to-day IT support (if valid: maximizes remote service desk use & output), pushes for fast resolutions as well as meeting/event support if requested.
- Leverages Incident-, Request-, Problem-, Outage- and Change-Management processes for the stack of Red Bulls (global, regional and local) IT services
- Ensures a professional and regular IT service communication towards end- users.
- Organizes and provides IT security trainings as well as useful end-user IT service trainings.
- Administrates local end-user account access and permission in relevant tools, required management and monitoring platforms (e.g. for Workplace, Network or IAM services)
- Supports local Infrastructure components in cooperation with second level support partners
- Collaborates limitations, improvement or simplification ideas in current services, processes & tools effectively for a fast and qualified alignment among relevant IT peers (local, remote Service Desk, IT Area).
End-user Devices and IT Infrastructure
- Ensures an up-to-date and accurate IT asset inventory within Red Bull standards/tools.
- Coordinates end-user device roll out as well as device replacement cycles for client computing hardware incl. peripherals (e.g. screens, head-sets) and mobile devices.
- Manages local network infrastructure including events by considering global standards.
- Manages local office infrastructure across the lifecycle (e.g. printers, meeting room equipment including EVOKO and video conferencing devices, office access control, CCTV, local phones)
- Ensures an equipment purchase process in-line with standards (e.g. vendors, part number). Coordinates the RMA process for client computing and/or backend-hardware components.
Local IT Project Coordination and Administration
- Ensures local project tasks deploying global IT services reach highest end-user satisfaction.
- Supports local IT and/or business projects, leading defined work-packages.
- Aligns local business needs and demands pro-actively with the IT Area Europe team (aiming to promote and push for global/regional instead of local IT solutions)
- Supports local IT or Finance Manager in terms of IT budget planning.
- Take over assignments, leveraging global and area specific project management methods.
- Coordinate external vendors and partners (e.g. A/V setup, digital signage).
Expereince:
- IT education or 3+ years equivalent experience
- Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users
- Solid knowhow in Microsoft Windows and Office, Mac, AD, Exchange, Mobile Devices, Networking and Security Services
- Strong analytical and problem solve skills towards IT peers around the global ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated
- Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on and flexible personality
- Spoken and written English mandatory
- Spoken and written Russian mandatory
