Group Summary

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Your Responsibilities

Manage servers, computers and storage includes operating systems and hardware,

Defining infrastructure and equipment standards,

Manage sourcing, supply, installation, configuration, capacity planning, performance tuning, operation,

Manage Active Directory. User Accounts, Group policy,

Manage backups, restore operations, maintenance and contracts,

Manage licenses, firewall, WAN and LAN,

Manage Web filtering system, logs and Law 5651 requirements,

Manage and ensure IT Security Procedures,

Adhere to Global IT teams and follows Global IT standards,

Manage ESX and VMware IT infrastructure,

Follow up SOX and External Audit KPI's and IT cost saving activities,

Manage IT purchasing process. Sourcing, collecting offers, preparation of purchase requests,

Support MES system. Support Key users for daily activity, defining parameters, implementing new lines or workstations, change management.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's Degree in relevant university programs,

Minimum 5 years of experience about Network and System Management,

Good knowledge for servers, storage, operating systems (Microsoft and Linux), Network management (WAN, LAN, VLAN),

Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English,

At least 2 years of team management experience,

Ability to cooperate within the team; openness to thoughts and ideas of the others; willingness and friendliness,

Strong communication and presentation skills,

Report to Head of IT Türkiye.
