Position Summary
We're looking for a talented IT Technical Support Analyst to join our IT team. Under the general supervision of the Senior Global IT Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting Banner's engineering application systems, Microsoft Office 365 platform, Mitel global phone systems, and other user application / end-point setup and support.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our corporate headquarters, located at Highways 169 and 55 in Plymouth. This is an on-site position.
What You'll Be Doing • Provide technical support for:
o All user hardware and software issues using the company's ticket tracking system (KACE), properly documenting requests, issues and resolutions
o Manufacturing operations system including Citrix, terminals, label printers, wireless scanners, etc.
o Banner's engineering application systems
o Mitel phone systems and other unified communication systems, including VoIP, mobile, local and long distance, international and other telecommunication services.
o Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Active Directory user administration
o Remote user setup
o Citrix user administration
• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware (desktops, laptops, and terminals) and related peripherals• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PC software including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Citrix, Adobe, Mitel Connect, Lotus Notes, Java client, internet browsers and VPN• Provide technical support in local and wide area network (LAN and WAN) technologies, including Ethernet, wireless, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.• Support user account identify management (okta), cybersecurity, group policy, patch management, anti-virus protection, anti-SPAM and other security-related tasks• Educates users on company systems and software. Follows the IT onboarding checklist, and participates in the new hire process by enabling employees to effectively utilize company hardware and software

Required• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience• 3+ years of relevant corporate experience• Knowledge of networking and telecommunications technologies• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, as well as Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365• Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a member of the team• Able to travel an estimated 5% to our plants in South Dakota, and possibly Mexico
Preferred• Prior networking or telecommunications experience • Technical certifications such as A+• One year of customer service experience
