The Purpose:

As a Junior Accounting Analyst, your main mission will be to support the financial health and integrity of our multinational operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, assisting in the reconciliation of accounts, and contributing to the compliance of fiscal obligations. By maintaining precise accounting records and collaborating with various departments, you will play a crucial role in our financial processes, helping to drive informed decision-making and sustain our commitment to excellence and transparency.

Who will you be working with? 

•You will be part of our Accounting team, that is composed by other passionate accounting professionals located in Munich, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. We are looking for someone that really loves team working, helping other colleagues and has a good understanding in improving accounting processes. 

•You will be working close together with our Treasury Team, the Controlling team and Group Accounting team and support the monthly reporting, quarterly and year-end reporting. 

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and accounting reports.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Participate in tax calculations and compliance with fiscal obligations.
• Assist in the accounting close process and internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with the company's accounting and financial policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and reconcile accounting discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of accounting systems and processes.
• Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

You'll need:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or tax consulting company 
• Good communication skills and ability to work with remote teams 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets 
• MS Dynamics experience (not a must)
• Excel skills (advanced)
• Intermediate English
• Interpersonal skills (including professionalism and cooperative attitude)
