 About the Team:
The Digital Transformation Services team is at the heart of AppDirect. Under the Customer Success Organization, we help drive our customer’s technical success. We provide world-class relationship management and consultation to the companies we partner with to launch new marketplaces; on-board independent software vendors (ISVs); integrate seamlessly with billing, identity, CRM and other systems; as well as providing custom software solutions to make our customers uniquely successful. The Digital Transformation Services team offers our customer the technical expertise for a streamlined experience from the user UI to the reports consumed by the data analyst. We have impressive members on this team who have a strong, customer-first culture. Â
How You will Make an Impact & What You will Do:Â
Understanding and defining customer business processes and present opportunities for optimisation and use of the Marketplace functionality.
Familiarizes with the Platform and serves as a platform functional expert to drive optimal use and maximize effectiveness and adoption, while leveraging internal experts assistance as needed.Â
Learn and participate in building relationships with customer key stakeholders, surfacing opportunities, and driving those opportunities through to delivery.
Curious and a willingness to learn the general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning.
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.Â
Solution escalation management is the ability to understand the impact of an issue, pull the internal resources together (with upper management involvement), find a resolution, and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
Business requirements gathering - gathering the full scope of a new feature, function, or integration to be built; push the customer beyond what they know they need to understanding their business problem to help them define their current and future requirements around this forthcoming solution.
Participate in functional scoping sessions with customers producing clearly defined scope as an outcome
Work with AppDirect Solution Architects to design the solution that best meet our partner’s requirements
Assist and coordinate with partners in their Go To Market planning for their strategic initiatives.
Ability to understand and map Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and 3rd party Products to onboard onto the Marketplace.
Consult with our partners on best practices for managing product lifecycle and catalog management.Â
Support clients through go-live process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption, leveraging the assistance of internal experts where needed
Leading the hands-on building of the solution leveraging AppDirect platform
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience
Strong business acumen
Superior customer service orientation and relationship management with organizational partners, prospects and clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrives and executes well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
