Department OverviewWith over 8000 software engineers, the IT Software Engineering Tools Team (SwEET) provides global services that enable them to work in a faster, modern and more efficient way that increases productivity and innovation. Our goal is not only to provide professional support but develop new solutions, integrated into our tools ecosystem and create an internal application market for Motorola Solutions.
We are looking for a team member who will help us support and grow engineering tools like Jira, GitHub, Confluence, Bitbucket and others in a professional manner.
Job Description

As a member of this team, the candidate will:

• Develop, deploy and maintain an add-on/applications 

• Implement integration modules between those tools

• Assist with the evaluation of new tools

• Help in the automation of support requests

• Work in a modern cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Be able to learn engineering tools from admin perspective

• Practically understand engineering processes

Basic Requirements

• Programming skills in Java, Python and/or JavaScript

• Understanding of RESTful programming

• Good verbal and written communication skills
