As part of BOSCH’s business expansion strategy, We are seeking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) office. In this role, you will work with the senior financial analyst to provide insights into Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Project in the region as well as to assist the senior financial analyst in various tasks to steer business and budget.

Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Project

• Assist the senior financial analyst in baselining cost for the region.
• Support the Finance workstream activities.
• Perform grouping of costs into different category of cost across the Region.
• Assist the senior financial analyst in coming out with a dashboard that can steer the costing and benefit of IFM.
• Support the IFM project in adhoc tasks to ensure smooth go live.

Cost control and analysis

• Support Senior Financial Analyst on cost variance analysis on all cost centers (i.e GS, RO, C and GR)
• Deep dive into the cost line item and provide commentaries on deviation against budget.
• Highlight and proactively reach out to controlling HoD and department HoDs to discuss cost deviation topics.

Other tasks

• Assist in Planning of Events that will take place in the Region.
• Assist adhoc projects coming from ASEAN project coordinator when needed.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you!

• To be successful in this role, you must have an Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting related field
• 1-2 years of audit/commercial experience.
• You must be competent in data analytic and with structural thinking; You must have good understanding of accounting, costing, Management reporting processes and be proficient in Oracle Hyperion, SAP and MS office. Candidate competent in Python Power BI will be added advantage.
• You must be fluent in your oral and written English, be detailed-oriented and ability willing to work under pressure.
