We are looking for a Junior Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure and Support team.
As the frontline of our technical support operations, you'll play a critical role in helping Macpawians stay connected, productive, and supported. NB! We expect our new Junior Helpdesk Specialist to be able to visit the office when needed; therefore, we are considering candidates only from Kyiv or the surrounding area.
In this role, you will:

• Support IT onboarding and offboarding of employees, providing all necessary hardware and software assistance
• Provide technical assistance and resolve incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Manage system access by configuring user accounts, workstations, and passwords in line with team member roles and company policies
• Ensure hardware and software systems are up-to-date and maintain the daily performance of computer systems
• Offer basic hardware and software training to employees, including creating training manuals and policies
• Coordinate the procurement of new hardware and software, managing vendor selection, logistics, and supply
• Manage device inventory
• Stay informed about new product releases and suggest IT solutions that could enhance office efficiency

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Knowledge of macOS and Networking
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical writing and presentation skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level

As a plus:

• Experience with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and Google Workspace
• OS knowledge (Linux, Windows)
• Understanding ITIL ITSM principles
• Advanced user of Google Sheets / Excel
