Summary:
As a Junior Product Manager, you will understand basic marketing strategies and consumer behavior. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing-related products and features. As a Junior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle, assist with product roadmaps that will deliver innovative solutions. You will focus on enhancing our marketing efforts to drive growth and brand visibility. The Junior Product Manager is a resource for the Global Sales and Outbound Marketing Organizations and must be able to transform the customer's business/product needs into solutions regardless of geography. The Junior Product Manager is expected to be able to focus on many tasks in parallel while working very closely within cross functional teams.
Essential Job Functions:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, engineering, and other teams to define requirements, set priorities, and manage products throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Market Research: Assist with in-depth market research to identify point of care ultrasound customer unmet needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends within healthcare to inform product decisions.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the EOL process for all products, including coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, managing all EOL meetings, and publishing EOL notices both internally and externally.
- Project Management: Manage critical paths, key milestones, and potential hurdles/bottlenecks, including actions to solve any deviations from on-time/in full project delivery.
- Product Management Team: Assist product managers with relevant tasks and projects.
- Analytics and Metrics: Assist in planning sales forecasts and the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) that can be used to analyze product performance, using data insights to make informed decisions.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, user testing, and customer interviews to iterate and improve product features.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitors' products and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Stakeholder Relationships and Communication: Build trust and effectively communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an awareness of Product Quality and Reliability.
- Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.
Knowledge/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or a combination of education and work history.
- Some experience in product management with a focus on marketing-related products or features preferably within medical device.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and interact effectively with individuals, and influence individuals, across functional areas and in team environments.
- Understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Detail oriented with excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with Agile or other product development methodologies is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:
- $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity

- Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary
- Paid Time Off:
- You can accrue up to three (3) weeks of PTO in your first year of employment

- Four (4) additional paid days off, based on date of hire in the calendar year
- Paid Holidays:
- Seven (7) paid holidays per year
