Join the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Responsibility for the determination of monthly and year-end activities, accruals, inventory changes and sales accruals as well as coordination with Controlling
• Responsibility for preparation of the invoices for existing customers
• Preparing of annual budget planning (e.g. contract review, adjustment of costing values) and support of service managers, team and department heads in production, data maintenance in the tool
• Preparing and implementing of forecast checks, budget management and sales tracking
• Creating of ILVs, regular updating and booking preparation
• Actual planned cost analysis of existing contracts
• Administrative and organizational support for team and department management as well as service delivery management
• Data processing and maintenance in various internal tools (FCS, budget, etc.)
• Preparing and reconciliating of monthly cost allocations incl. deadline tracking
• Scheduled checking and updating of monthly SAP and MilesPLUS bookings
• Regular provision of reports
• Monitoring and maintenance of master and transaction data in the invoicing tool
• Monitoring of calculations and continuous merging of calculations into an overall view for a customer account
• Creating of AE reports in collaboration with SDM and Controlling
• Supporting of ordering activities for (external) service providers
• Participation and preparation of documents for various review meetings

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Bachelor's degree, or completed vocational training with adequate professional experience
• Have at least three years of experience in comparable tasks
• Hold the ITIL V3 Foundation, SeM Basic certificates
• Have good general IT overview and DTAG portfolio knowledge
• Have analytical, systematic and structured way of working
• Have high flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform
• Have personal interest in the specialist subject and independent development of new knowledge
• Speak English at least on B2 level and German on level C1

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1170 € /brutto.
