The Role

Kyndryl Consult Sales Insight Operations and Operations Transformation Manager is responsible to:

- support business performance management process on all aspects of Kyndryl Consult performance.

- support the transformation of Demand and Supply management.

- define, shape, execute a program of consulting operations process automation and AI for all Consult processes.

- define, shape and execute a series of high value interventions in the Consult Transformation journey using data insights, automation and AI.

Required Skills and Experience

• Process Certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent)
• Business Acumen & deep working knowledge progressive business procedures
• Expertise in Value Chain mapping
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in process mining, simulation and business process modeling and notation
• Demonstrated leadership skills in executive communications and presentation of business cases

The successful candidate will have direct experience in a best-in-class consulting operation of shaping, defining and executing significant insights and automation transformation of Consult business processes. The role will be self-guiding. A significant part of it will be to support current operations but then to identify and shape high value automation and transformation interventions with minimum oversight. Must be a proven AI expert for operations.
