ROLE SUMMARY

As a Lab45 Developer, you will be responsible fpr developing and maintaining the QR CROAMIS application, ensuring it's functionality, performance, and reliability. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing new features, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the application and adhere to best practices in software development.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Identifying and analyzing user requirements
• Prioritizing, assigning and executing tasks throughout the software development life cycle
• Design, develop and maintain java 8 and above based application
• Write clean, efficient and well documented code
• Solid understanding of object oriented design principles
• Logical thinking and problem solving skill and ability to think out of the box
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and collaborative learning environment
• Take Ownership of assigned projects, seeing them through from the concept to completion

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Deep understanding of Pharmacovigilance domain
• Knowledge and Experience in case processing tools as supported by ARISglobal (i.e. ARISg, agXChange, E2B) Technical stack
• Experience on compliance and good practices e.g. GXP (GCP, GLP and GMP)
• Experience in technologies like oracle PL Sql, RHEL, JBOSS, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Service team will work on the BI-processes (LOS-Trainings)
• Fast learner with the ability to quick adapt to new technologies
