Job Summary
Job Title: Lands and Mines Administrator
Location: Sandersville, GA
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, on site
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
-
Mining:
-
Mine discharge water quality data entry.
-
Enter data into the internal access ddb, land and mines OMR file, and keep records of all water quality reports
-
Enter tons hauled into SAP (weekly)
-
Create process orders, close process orders, draft and submit hauling, internal company transfer, and buy in requisitions in SAP (monthly)
-
Draft and submit MISC requisitions (as needed)
-
Receive and process Invoices from vendors. (weekly)
-
Digitise drill sheets and manage google drive storage of scanned sheets.
-
Reconcile invoices to CTA and CTA to SAP.
-

Lands:
-
Set up royalty contracts annually in SAP
-
Set up new royalty vendors as mineral ownership changes
-
Send correspondence letters to landowners of drilling or mining notices
-
Send calculations of tons hauled to landowners monthly that request it
-
Input weekly drilling data
-
Submit requisitions
-
Track new biodiversity KPI’s
-
Consolidate all historical biodiversity data into one location
-
Assist drillers with P-card reconciliation
-
Track bi-monthly overburden invoices
-
Collect and distribute mail
-
Assist with planning educational visits to lands & mines
-
Distribute land use policy packets to employees and maintain signed waivers
-
Book Lake Franklin rentals
-
-
Other tasks if this is not a strictly admin role:
-
Drone data processing (as needed/weekly)
-
Drill data validation and data management
-
Map creation for haulage coordinator, surveyor, and reporting purposes. (weekly/as needed)

Education/Experience Requirements:Â
- College degree in business administration or related field, preferred OR 2 years of administrative/clerical experience.Â
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
