Your Role:
- Acts as a Personal CFO for existing and new clients; leads and develops client relationships, delivers an exceptional experience, and designs, implements, and manages the financial plan that supports client’s passions and purpose.
- Cultivates and develops deep relationships with custodial partner retail branches to drive new client referrals.
- Communicates our unique value proposition to prospective clients with the goal of establishing Brighton Jones as their trusted financial advisor.Â
- Proactively develops and is involved in the community, with the goal of deepening relationships and building the Brighton Jones brand.
- Leverages internal and external resources to achieve client objectives in such areas as Investment Management, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Risk Management, and General Planning.
- Creates opportunities and represents Brighton Jones at public speaking events including community events, industry events, etc.
- Will be responsible for building a longer term service team that will help to support client retention, remarkable client service and new market growth.Â
What Will Set You Apart:
- 6+ years in financial planning related work with 2+ years as lead on client relationships. Â Preferably at a professional financial services company or wealth management firm.
- Self-starter by nature -Â experience and a track record of generating opportunities, filling the pipeline and then closing clients.
- Highly motivated with ability to function well in a fast-paced environment. Has a history of setting and achieving goals.
- Experience in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysisÂ
- Candidates must have a four-year degree and the CFP® designationÂ
- Unquestioned commitment to integrity in personal and professional activities
- This role is part of an emerging market and will be considered remote until an office space is secured. Brighton Jones is a 'work-from-office' culture with a lot of flexibility. This is a full-time, and exempt position.
Compensation:
- Annual Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base per year DOE + a variable component based on new business market growth. Lead Advisors are also offered the opportunity for ownership.
