We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst specializing in Hybris to join our team.
The ideal candidate will identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes to optimize retail and eCommerce operations while leveraging the latest IT advancements for system modernization.

• Compile pertinent information from stakeholders and effectively manage and disseminate the acquired insights
• Collaborate with business, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure common understanding and alignment
• Work in partnership with solution architects to validate solutions that fulfill business needs and specifications
• Assist businesses in conducting user acceptance testing activities
• Manage projects by developing project plans and tracking performance metrics
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology for continuous project enhancement
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the consumer retail sector
• Achieve comprehensive comprehension of mobile and web-based eCommerce products

• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering improvement areas, and implementing robust solutions
• Background in conducting business requirement reviews and developing optimization strategies
• Familiarity with industry trends in retail and eCommerce and staying updated with IT advancements for system updates and automation
• Proficiency in conducting stakeholder meetings, presenting ideas, and performing requirements analysis
• Skills in creating and managing project artifacts such as documents, epics, and user stories
• Competency in communicating insights and strategic plans to cross-functional team members and management
