Position Overview:
The ServiceNow HR Admin leads and coordinates with cross-functional teams from requirements to delivery to drive innovation and results for the business. The candidate will provide thought-leadership on the HR Service Delivery of ServiceNow and related projects including modifications, configurations, work-flows, journeys, upgrades, adoption of new functionality, reporting, and analytical use of data stored in HR systems. The Lead HR Admin will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function, leveraging expertise in business analysis and experience with HR systems to recommend and implement solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

In this function you will:
- Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through all phases of the project
- Provide hands-on leadership and Project Management to ensure deadlines and key deliverables are met
- Work with teams of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and design of ServiceNow
- Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product
- Manage all aspects of the project/workstream, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and system validation for projects
- Assist in the Development and Design of Change Management and Communication Plans
- Develop HR requirements documents, process maps, design documents, and testing scripts / scenarios and project playbooks.
- Ensure the setup and configuration of all HR Service Delivery in ServiceNow meets business requirements and data security and integrity requirements
- Provide escalated support to other ServiceNow HR Admins
- Lead the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Governance Approval process and manages escalations and priorities with the Governance Council and IT
- Monitor system usage and metrics to identify process improvement recommendations, technical issues and service patterns in alignment with the HR and Business Strategy
- Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and associates to determine strategic needs, define functional/technical specifications, troubleshoot issues, and implement initiatives
- Support cross functional administration for other HR technology including HRMS, LMS, Talent Management and HR Portal technology

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Admin and/or Configuration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or Information System roles such as generalist, business analyst, project manager.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in ServiceNow in HR Service Delivery
- Experience working with Rome, San Diego, and Tokyo
Position Criteria:
- Document Business Requirements. Write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Test cases, and design documents.
- Project Management. Proficient in project management methodology and tools. Lead projects through the entire project lifecycle - from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, audit and post-production support. This is in addition to the primary function of performing Business Analyst activities.
- Communications Ability. Communicates effectively with both technical and business personnel to gather requirements, communicate expectations, identify solutions, and create action plans.
- Evaluation. Evaluate, propose, and recommend alternative solutions to solve business problems and improve business processes in support of the operation's key strategies. Interacts with business partners to evaluate and understand new requests. Understand the validity of requests and make initial determination of severity of impact on systems.
- Integration and Design. Understand applications comprises within the HR applications suite. Ability to make requirements recommendations based on the entire HR applications suite.
- Process Design. Assist translation of HR business and COE needs into business requirements. Identifies and recommends process improvements in a context that is appropriate to both the business and HR Applications and Shared Support teams.
- Scheduling and Prioritization. Must serve as a leader and general expert when discussing development priorities and timelines. Able to develop project timelines, schedules and manage activities in order to achieve project commitments.
- Demonstrated proficiency of project management methodology
- Advanced knowledge of HRMS Systems, global security guidelines, Sarbanes Oxley, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. This position will require working with Senior Business Leadership and Senior I.T. Leadership on a regular basis.
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills including facilitation and negotiation, ability to lead and influence others, and the ability to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people.
- High attention to detail and a desire to drive for results
- Thorough Knowledge of Human Resource Policies and Practices
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR Technology applications, how these applications and systems are developed and maintained, as well as how they interface with other systems.
- Ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple, often complex, tasks in order to ensure continued effectiveness in meeting the company's recordkeeping, reporting and compliance needs.
- Strong analytical skills for completing complex problem solving and analysis of business processes and systems.
- Proactive about identifying problems and continuous improvement with focus on data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office suite such MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Ability to complete advanced operations and formulas in Microsoft excel with large data sets

The expected annual salary range for this role is $81,750 - $119,900 a year.
