Lead Java Developer

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned software engineer to enhance our vibrant team. In the role of Lead Java Developer, you will take charge of devising and fine-tuning software systems fundamental to the growth and design of data centers.
our responsibilities will include constant interaction with clients, upgrading current functionalities, and crafting powerful new solutions for our external clients.

Responsibilities

• Consistently interact with clients daily to gauge their needs and oversee expectations
• Recommend architectural modifications to boost performance and expand scalability
• Code development, execution, and enhancement to support effective operations and fulfill project objectives
• Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and product managers to foster innovation and ongoing enhancements
• Minimize meeting frequency to enhance focus on developmental tasks
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet high-quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in software development and system integration across complete implementation cycles
• Proficiency in Java with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience
• Over 1 year of pertinent leadership experience
• Familiarity with Git or alternative version control systems
• Essential self-management and strong prioritization skills
• Combination of skills in Java 8+, JUnit, and Mockito
• Showcase of SQL expertise
• Excellent English communication abilities with experience in client interactions

Nice to have

• Background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Understanding of Guice and Protocol Buffers
• Skills in Guava
