Lead JavaScript Developer

Our team is searching for an experienced Lead JavaScript Developer who is well-versed in ReactJS and TypeScript to make significant contributions to our innovative project.

Responsibilities

• Development of state-of-the-art components and provision of essential solutions as required
• Composition of clean, effective, well-tested, and maintainable code
• Preservation of high-quality code via rigorous review processes
• Cooperation with Product Designers, Managers, and Engineers from various departments
• Support in both internal and external documentation processes
• Oversight of feature development lifecycle from inception to deployment
• Synchronization of software development with business and user needs through consistent interaction with stakeholders
• Utilization of data analytics and collaborative efforts to refine engineering and product strategies
• Approach tasks with a flexible and proactive attitude
• Daily interaction with customers and prompt response to their needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in practical software development experiences with history in product scaling
• Over 1 year in applicable leadership roles
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
• Competency in React meta-frameworks, notably Next.js
• Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
• Familiarity with React Server Components is beneficial
• Experience in designing thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, RTL, and Playwright
• Qualifications in CSS and familiarity with CSS tooling like styled-components
• English language skills at a B2 level or higher

• Flexibility to utilize crawlability and GraphQL
• Capability to implement SEO methods including page speed, Web Vitals
• Showcase of ability in AB testing tools like Optimizely
